Most of the clients of this firm have worked in the North East of England at the shipyards on the Tyne, Wear and Tees. It is generally accepted that levels of asbestos exposure was high at many repair yards which occured until the 1970's, due to asbestos being stripped for repair work to be carried out. The potential defendants repair yards were Brigham and Cowan, Middle Docks and Engineering Co Limited, Mercantile Dry Docks Limited, Smiths Dock Limited, Wallsend Dry Docks, Palmers Hebburn Yard and others.

There was also a number of factories who may have been responsible for negligent exposure to asbestos as it was used in most factory premises throughout the 1940’s – 1960’s and into the 1970’s.

Claims are often of significant value, and in the case of Mesothelioma / Lung Cancer victims time is of the essence.
